The hotel is located rather far from the historical center and beach but offers spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms. The service, though friendly and accommodating, could be more consistent. The location is convenient with nearby metro access, but guests should be aware of the unfinished soccer stadium next door. The dining experience might be overpriced and limited at times, but the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel was ok, with generously sized rooms that were very clean. The only downside was the absence of a kettle in the room and the closed swimming pool, which can vary depending on the season.
The hotel is fantastically located by the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were a bit cramped but had nice bathrooms. The service was friendly but had some issues with the IT system. The dining options were convenient but slightly overpriced. The location was perfect for accessing the city easily.
The hotel was in a nice area surrounded by café shops but needed some TLC. It was a bit quiet and lacking in amenities. The proximity to Beniferri metro station was convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and cafes around.
When I arrived at 1:30 pm, the rooms were already prepared, which was convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a fantastic bathroom featuring a massive walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. However, in-room coffee was missing, which would have been a nice touch.
Right around the corner from the metro, the hotel initially had a strong smoke smell, but the room was clean and offered a nice view. Service, however, was below par for a 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the metro but incurred additional costs for a family of 5. The dining was average, lacking variety compared to similar hotels.
The hotel next door to the 3-star Ilunion hotel provided okay rooms for the price paid. The room size was good, essential fridge in hot temperatures, and a large room with a strong shower; however, the rooms at Ilunion were not nice at all.
During my stay, I found the hotel to have some positives and negatives. While the rooms were not fully prepared for the number of guests, having a fridge in the room was much appreciated. However, the air conditioning made the room feel cramped and stuffy with no slippers or hand wash provided in the toilets.
The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and Valenbisi bikes, making it easy to reach the city center in 15 minutes. While the rooms were clean and lacked a balcony, they were slightly cramped but still satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and well-kept, although not exactly as depicted in the pictures. It was a bit disappointing that there was no kettle in the room, and unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during my visit, which was a letdown. However, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the location was good, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining options nearby.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were spacious, clean, bright, and beautiful, but at times, the room smelled like cigarettes and my card had issues working. The service was extremely welcoming and helpful, though a bit inexperienced. The location was perfect for easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The dining experience, while convenient, was overpriced for what was offered.
